Carry-on Baggage

Economy: customers are permitted one piece of carry-on baggage, either a handbag or laptop bag that may not exceed 55 x 38 x 20 cm and must weigh no more than 7 kg. First Class and Business Class: customers are allowed two pieces of carry-on baggage: one briefcase plus either one handbag or one garment bag. The briefcase may not exceed 45 by 35 by 20 cm; the handbag may not exceed 55 by 38 by 20 cm; and the garment bag can be no more than 20 cm thick when folded.

Checked baggage

Economy Special and Saver passengers are permitted to check one bag up to 23 kg (50 lbs), free of charge; Flex and Flex Plus customers may check two pieces, weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) each; First and Business Class passengers are allowed two bags up to 32 kg (70 lbs) each.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

Emirates allow you to cancel your booking within 24 hours, saving you a lot of money. If you booked your ticket at emirates.com/us that originates from the U.S. and the reservation was made seven days or more before the scheduled flight departure, you may cancel your ticket without penalty.

You can get a refund if you cancel your confirmed Emirates ticket. But it will only be possible if it is within the terms of your fare. You can hold on to your Emirates ticket and use it later for the trip.
